What is “GettingOut Credits”?
It’s an app that lets friends and family generate phone credits so inmates can make free calls.
How it works
- You download the GettingOut Credits app (Make sure you complete the “opt-in” process!)
- The app uses your phone’s lock screen to display different ads every time you use it
- Interacting with these ads generates phone credits your inmate can use to make calls
- The credits are applied to your inmate’s account after the app has stayed on your phone for 30 days
How long does it take to redeem credits?
Your inmate receives credits after the app has stayed on your phone for 30 days.
What kind of phone can you use?
You can only use an Android phone.
How do credits get redeemed?
Inmates will get phone credits to make free calls once the app has stayed on your phone for 30 days.
Who can participate in this program?
ONLY friends & family with inmates at the facilities listed below can participate in the credits program. Inmates at other, non-listed facilities, are not eligible.
