We’re offering new ways to use FREE video visits! Each inmate is given a free video visit per week.* Now you can pass the cost of an onsite video visit to your inmate, who can use their free visit time to pay for it — if they choose to do so.

Video visits are an easy, instant way to connect with your incarcerated friend or loved one. FREE video visits are available for visits using our new Visit Now feature, or by scheduling a visit ahead.

*Length of free video visit varies per facility.

What are free video visits?

Each inmate is given at least two free video visits per week.*

Who can use free video visits?

Only inmates can decide how to use their free weekly video visits.

How can I request the inmate use their free video visit with me?

You can request that an inmate pays for the visit on the payment screen. Just select the option: “[Inmate Name] will pay”

Why was my visit declined?

If your inmate already used their free weekly video visits, or does not have enough funds to pay for the visit, the visit will be declined.

When are free video visits available?

Free video visits are available each week, starting Monday morning.

Does unused free video visit time carry over?

No. Unused free video visit time expires each week on Sunday night.
