When the transition takes place, GettingOut.com will automatically redirect you to my.viapath.com. The GettingOut and GettingOut Visits apps will automatically update to the myViaPath and myViaPath Visits apps, respectively, and feature the new myViaPath branding.

You can continue viewing your Messaging & Communication account history in the same place. If you have a ConnectNetwork or AdvancePay account, you can view your deposit history in the Accounts section of the myViaPath website.

Can I continue making deposits and using my existing funds?
Yes. Your existing balances will remain available, and you can continue making deposits.
The deposit process will be similar, but the starting point may change. On myViaPath, select the contact you want to fund and choose Deposit. Then select an available account type and follow the steps to complete your deposit and receive a receipt.
Available account types and funding options may vary by facility. This brand change does not impact deposit fees, limits, funding options, or facility rules.

What if I cannot find an incarcerated person on my account home page?
Some facilities may not appear on the myViaPath account home page right away. ViaPath will continue adding support for additional facilities in the coming months.
If you can find your loved one through the Get Started search, continue using that option to fund the account until your facility is added to the account home page.
If you cannot find the account from either location, visit ConnectNetwork.com and sign in using your GettingOut or myViaPath username and password.

No. The services available through your loved one’s facility will not change as part of this brand update. You can continue using available services such as phone calls, video visits, messaging, and deposits as usual.
